The hotel is ideally located in the center of the city, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and two nearby malls. the rooms are spacious and some even come with balconies offering picturesque views of the surrounding hills and downtown area. the staff is friendly and provides excellent service, always ready to help. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of breads and cakes. the hotel offers unique themed decorations and amenities like a gym and pool.
One downside is that the living room area of the rooms could be more furnished, as mentioned in a previous review.

The newly refurbished hotel offered some nice amenities, including a gym and pool. the hardwood floors and high floors with city views were definite highlights. the hotel's location within walking distance to restaurants and a short cab ride to downtown was very convenient.
The "cozy" rooms felt a bit cramped and lacked proper furnishings, making it difficult to fully relax. the buffet breakfast was also lacking in variety and freshness.

The "Ibis experience" still felt lacking in comparison to other hotels in the area. While the service was friendly, the overall experience felt average.
